Randelman's suplex of Fedor had me jump out of my seat so high that I almost hit my head on the ceiling.

When Hendo KO'd Bisping that was both funny and scary at the same time.

Josh Rosenthal not stepping in sooner when Urijah Faber choked out Takeya Mizugaki....I thought Faber had killed Mizugaki when he let go and Mizugaki was laying stiff

My favourite part about the randle-plex is that fedor recovered right away and won. I love seeing something that looks just brutal not be effective. I also love seeing chokes where a person goes right out then recovers from looking dead to standing really quickly. I dont like really bad knockouts sometimes where you can really see how messed up a good ko can make you. Remember roop coming over to congratulate mark hominick? Seeing his brain so stirred worried me. Oleg taktarov vs gary goodridge in pride 1 i thought oleg died, face down eyes open not even twitching.... theres been some brutal finishes over the years.

Slams when guys coming down in awkward angles are what freak me out the most. If there's a move that I think a serious injury could occur, that's it.

everything mentioned so far has been SCARY! One thing not mentioned yet has been leg locks specifically heel hooks. Those are seriously scary! They are so easy to apply and yet so dangerous, one crank in the wrong direction and that could end someones career. I have been heel hooked and thought my knee was ruined due to how painful it was. I literally had no time to tap, luckily I have good training partners that don't crank on dangerous moves too hard. I have also been on the opposite end. I once applied a heelhook and my opponent tried to roll out of it but rolled the wrong direction. I felt his ankle shift then saw his knee tear. I had no intention of hurting him but because of the awkward position and him rolling it ended up being very devastating. Since then I have been extremely hesitant to use them in training or competition. Ken Shamrock turning that one guys foot the other direction comes to mind and what Rousimar Palhares did to Tomasz Drawl. No fighter is the same after having a knee reconstructed...

I agree w/ @Gregory and @Kallous. Abe Wagner's cut on TUF was horrific. I can't remember the fight, but in one of the early UFC's... I think it was Tank that KO'd someone and the dude had a seizure in the cage... that freaked me out.
