Newton was TKO'd by Brian Ebersole in his first fight. That was a long time ago but if a 170/155er can finish you via strikes.... no disrespect intended.

If Lawal fights Newton like Djambazov, he'll win. Newton didn't start winning that fight until Djambazov gassed

I think King Mo can do what the current LHW champion of Bellator did. T(KO) his way to the belt.

M'Pumbu vs King Mo will be the best fight in the Bellator LHW division, which has been subpar over the last year or so

King Mo will kill every LHW ... but M'Pumbu will give him a damn good fight.

M'Pumbu might not be the champ by then, Vegh could beat him in the mean time. King Mo beats whoever has the belt but just sayin' homies

I think regardless who has the belt, King Mo is gonna put them on their back. M'Pumbu and Vegh are both the best strikers in Bellator's LHW division. I dont see Mo playing around with either lol

LHW is arguably Bellator's weakest and King Mo is so far up on the competition. The belt is his to lose.

Newton's strength is King Mo's super strength.  I think Newton will give him a fight, though.

It's kinda funny how everybody is talking about Newton not being on Mo's level then suddenly the thread and the talk ends. Hey I picked Mo too but have never been greatly impressed with him he is basically just a Rampage clone.

That was not the King Mo I've ever seen fight before. This was some guy who let his star image and media hype get to his head and he believed he was an amazing striker. I think he felt like that's what Bellator wanted, was for him to get highlight reel standing KO finishes. I still think he could have took Newton down and finished the fight with GnP within 2 minutes of the 1st if that was his gameplan. But, it seems grappling is discouraged when you're getting paid big money.
