Haven't seen a thread on this so i thought I'd make one.


So what's Tapology playing?


I've been dabbling in a bunch of games but i keep going back to Uncharted 3,Black Ops 2 and BF 3 multiplayer.

PS4 is amazing. Killzone: Shadow Fall, must have. Knack, extremely fun. Ghosts, same as PC pretty much, its fun. Black Flag, damn good what i';ve played of it. The free games Warframe and Blacklight Retribution are damn good as well. I'm spun out on Rockstar and have been gaming since midnight with no end in sight lol. That is all.

i bought Call of duty : Ghosts today . only bought it since i have all the other COD games had to add it to my collection but i'll probably never get that into it. i played a total of 8 hours in MW3 and only played Black ops 2 for zombies . now they just sit there getting dusty lol. WAW is my favorite of the series and probably always will be . so far this campaign is pretty cool tho .

'Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare' is the only Call of Duty that I can honestly say I enjoy playing. I didn't buy Ghosts, but I played it. The campaign was pretty fun. The multiplayer still has the same issues that all of the Call of Duty's have had. I do really like the new 'Hunted' game mode though.

I'm going to pick up a PS4 sometime early next year. I definitely want to pick up Destiny when that comes out.

Got the PS4 last night.. barely slept. Killzone is awesome and NBA 2K14 blows my mind. Those are the only 2 games I have so far, but the console also has a few awesome free ones on it that I haven't even tried to use because I'm sure there is server issues. I'll give it another week or 2. So many awesome features on the console. And the controller? If like me you weren't a big fan of the PS3 controller, don't worry. This one much much better.

I keep thinking about buying one of the next gen systems, but I haven't been into video games in quite sometime so it'd most likely just be expensive decor

I'm so far behind on awesome PS 3 titles I won't need a PS 4 until late next year probably. I still have to play and beat BioShock Ultimate Rapture edition, BioShock Infinite, MGS 4, Uncharted 3, Battlefield 3, God of War 1 and 2 (played 3 first wanted to check out the first 2), Elder Scrolls V with all the DLC, Batman Arkham City, GTA 5, Far Cry 3 and The Last of Us. Having a kid put me way behind and these games should take me well into next year with the limited playing time I have. The PS 4 looks awesome though, do want.

I never owned a PS3. I had the XBOX 360. I decided to go with the PlayStation this time around because they have the better exclusives. I'm so bored of Halo and Gears of War it's not even funny.

I'm kinda surprised and disappointed that some people are saying that there is not much of a difference between the PS3 and PS4 in terms of games, graphics and such.
I would think that the evolution in graphics from 720p to 1080p alone would make a big enough difference to appreciate.

Good luck with all of those games . Skyrim will take you a year to play by its self :p . Far Cry 3 is pretty damn good I only beat half of it ,the story kinda irked me at the half way point but it was still a epic game. Batman Arkham City was fun , I only beat about 66% of that game because I got side tracked .


Mafia 2 had one of the coolest stories ive seen in a while. If you guys see that game on sale get it. I don't know about paying full price . It only took me 10 hours to beat the story . and free roam on it isnt that great but if you see it on sale during xmas the story was pretty epic.

@blitzkrieg whoever told you that is full of ****. You can't compare the graphics between the last gen and next gen when its a game strictly made for next gen. Take Killzone Shadow Fall for example. Hands down the first REAL next gen title in my opinion. It uses ALL the new features of the new controller and is by far the best looking of the 5 games I've gotten so far. Now, on the other hand, games like Black Flag that are on both last and new gen consoles they look similar but there are definitely little differences. However, they are things like lighting and textures but when you add all those little things up they make a much better gaming experience. As someone with a gaming degree I can tell you that the technology is leaps and bounds ahead. Lighting alone is an art when making video games. Guerrilla has that down to a science in Killzone. Texturing a also an art and makes a huge impact on a game.

the PS4 sounds like a giant ************* !  haven't heard anything good about it and a buddy of mine already got the Red line of death for having it on for 6 hours .




i have a Ps3 right now but after hearing and reading nothing but bad news for the PS4 ill be switching to Xbox for the new system .

No offence desauce, but form the pictures you put up, it looks the exact same. you wanna see a difference? Compare Xbox games to Xbox 360 games, or ps2, and ps3. Difference was much more noticeable.

@gunn That type of **** happens when you buy a console within the first week of launch. It's annoying, sure, but it happens. If it happened to him now, who cares? He is well within the warranty. I know 2 people that this has happened to. The stores understand the issue and will give him no hassle whatsoever. I have yet to have any major issues with it yet except the obvious server issues.

Its a guarantee the XBOX will have similar issues. I bought the XBOX 360 on day of release, 2 days in and I got the Red Ring of Death. After exchanging the system it was fine and still is fine. It's the same XBOX I have now.

I can't say for sure but I think just about every first wave of a new console has issues like that. Xbox 360's red ring. PS2 had a lens issue, I went through like 5 of them. Not sure about the first wave of original Xbox's but.... They have warranties and **** for faulty things like this.
