I not sure is was necessarily a problem of weight cutting. When you weight cut your immune system is screwed. So it more an issue of bad luck then weight cutting problem. I not even sure he had an issue cutting weight. He just happen to get a stomack bug because his immune system was shot and he happen to likely come into contact with someone with the virus.
GSP for instances I heard in his last fight was so paroniod of a similar thing happening to him that he would not touch anyone.

This promises to be a very interesting match considering the background. The last closing line was -140 for Guillard. During the weigh ins, Varner looked like he was about to pass out. Varner also seemed intimidate to fight Guillard. I picked Varner by submission in round 2 last time. I'm switching to Melvin for this one at least until the weigh ins.

AT the weigh ins Guillard looked over confident and pretty much every time he looks like that he ends up getting beat.

Guillard is all angry at Varner but he better be smart and not come out and wear himself out in the first couple minutes. I think if Melvin fights smart for a change and keep this fight standing he can put Varner down.
