Maynard probably would have lay n' prayed to get a win so this is a much better fight. I have Miller via UD.

Don't forget that Miller is a talented and legit blackbelt, so Lauzon is going to have his hands full in this one.

This will be a great ground fight. I was hoping I'd get to see Lauzon tap out crybaby Maynard but Lauzon/Miller should be good regardless of the winner.

aww some Maynard fan got their feelings hurt lol

Sa-weet!  Not for Maynard, and I'm sorry to hear he's injured, but Miller/Lauzon will be an awesome ass fight!

This is one of those matches where I'll be happy for either guy winning!

Sick fight. Still not sure what kind of chance Joe has against a wrestler with a BJJ black belt.

But, it looks like Joe could pick up another bonus here.

IMO, Jim Miller seems like a better matchup for Joe Lauzon at this point in his career. Lauzon vs. Maynard, to me, just seemed like a really bad matchup anywhere the fight could take place for Lauzon. I think it would've mirrored Maynard/Diaz. Maynard would take Lauzon down, and control the fight, and if Lauzon was able to keep the fight on the feet, I just don't know if he could hang with Maynard's punching power. Against Jim Miller, I think that Lauzon has the advantage on the feet. The ground game between the two of them, I think, would be a stalemate. Miller has better wrestling, but both are pretty well versed in BJJ.

This is an awesome match up and, imo, more winnable for Lauzon as well. I was still picking him against Maynard but I feel more confident in picking him now. Miller is still a very dangerous and game opponenent but I just feel like J-Lau will take this one.
