I am surprised that no one has started this thread yet.

I know this is an MMA website but I bet that there are some Boxing Fans out there.

I just love the sport of fighting in general and I have been raised by boxing.

So in this Thread we can discuss the "Sweet Science"

such as
Past Fights
Upcoming Events
Favorite Fighters
and Historical Figures in the Sport


Because like MMA in the US, Boxing started out illegal. But where it took MMA less than 25 years to gain the General populations approval, It took boxing over 100 years.

Lemieux is getting chewed up. GGG is just a flat out better boxer. Don't think it's gonna get any better for Lemieux either.

I just hope GGG becomes a seller. I hope the numbers for this fight were good. It's his first PPV. Him vs. Cotto/Canelo would do wicked numbers. GGG/Lemieux and that fight are the two best fights of 2016.

Little disappointed in the refs for the two main fights tonight. Felt like both the Gonzalez & GGG fights could've been allowed to go a little longer. Both fights had already been won, so it's not too big of a deal.
