Breaking @UFC news: @UFCONFOX has learned@ChrisWeidmanUFC v @TimBoetsch - UFC155 in Vegas, 12/29. Great middleweight contender fight.

Good fight. Probably the best they could do for Weidman if Anderson's waiting on GSP.

Weidman by ground and pound. I honestly think this gets ugly fast considering what he did to Munoz.

Definitely not what I was expecting for Weidman, but I guess it does kinda make sense.

Weidman by 1st round sub.

So what happens if Boetsch manages to pull off this upset???

Weidman takes Boetsch down early, slaps on a sub, gets that much closer to retiring Anderson.

Weidman takes it to the ground and chokes Boetsch out in the first frame.

for a moment I tought *** how come they´ll fight at LW, hows that even possible??  LOL

anyway, I don´t know why but I´ve never had much faith in Boetsch, and this fight doesn´t attract me much, I guess Dana will announce at some point  that the winner gets a title shot

@legacy your right Dana will probably announce the winner gets a title shot and then neither one of them will get a title shot lol

Oh wow, I like both guys the better man shall win. That said the better man is most likely Weidman. But it would be amazing if Boetsch could upset yet another guy...

Boetsch is gonna get demolished...he's a savage but Weidman is on another level. Stand-Up, Wrestling, and BJJ is in Weidman's favor.

Looks like after Weidman gets another win over a top 5 mw Dana will have to have that talk again with Anderson......

This still isn't THAT big test for Weidman though...beating Munoz and Boetsch doesn't really warrant a title shot to me. He needs to beat the winner of Bisping/Stann...and we'll have a clear-cut #1 contender.

If Weidman beats another top 5 middleweight and doesn't get a title shot it's a crime.
