The guy always steps up when the UFC needs someone, like him or not the fact that he was the only person to step up on 8 days notcie to fight Jon Jones is beyond respectable!

@p4p i think now was just the perfect time! Love or hate the guy you gotta respect the fact that he stepped up when no one else would! And not only that but Jones and his camp were so worried about losing to Chael that they refused to fight him!

Lol so a guy who is switching divisions to get a title is a hero for trying to get his title shot without earning it.Anyone who wants a title would accept this fight.Chael did nothing out of the ordinary.

@Mike.. you are just wrong.  He stepped up to the plate to save a UFC card.  He was scheduled to fight Forrest, not Jones.  He stepped up for the UFC... like Rich... Lytle... Bisping... and many other fighters have.  It's Chael that took the fight on short notice... It's Chael that didn't have a camp... Jones had a full camp training for the same type of fighter (minus the H-bomb)... Jones should have accepted the damn fight to help the business and sport he participates in.
