If she takes Rousey down, she's getting armbarred.
She might be able to just avoid the ground, but then what? Neither of these girls are great strikers, although Rousey did land a couple of nice jabs closing the distance with Kaufmann.
I'd pick Rousey to keep the armbar streak alive.

shanya baszler has to fight Sara D'alelio. both those women have skills and nobody knows how they would stack up vs rousey or McMann vs rousey until it happens. everybody loses sometime in mma.
