@themmamessiah, When I said it showed where he was condition wise all I meant was that as the video itself states he's close to being at fight weight. Nothing less, nothing more. Which is all I'm sure he intended the video to be. I dont think the guy who jumps out of swimming pools has regressed so much that his shadow boxing was meant to be a serious workout, and if you do, well you have a chronic case of foot in mouth disease, but I'm not trying to argue with anyone really. Just nice to see him motivated.

I never really got too much into betting, but if BJ wins.. it's the only way so I don't think it's a bad bet at those odds.

I really don't care all that much on who wins. It seems from past performance that BJ runs out of gas often.

All I really want is for Penn to not retire, and to start taking his fighting more seriously by getting serious in his training. I hope he falls in love with fighting all over again.

I want him active, healthy and motivated. Anything more is icing on the cake.

I doubt I'll get my wish, but if he proves everyone wrong, that would be best for the sport.

I've been really debating on switching to Penn. He looks in great shape and has been training with Tyrone Woodley, Ben Askren, and the Mendes bros. Askren and Woodley are definitely better wrestlers than MacDonald and the Mendes bros when it comes to BJJ.....do I need to explain? On top of that he has been training wit Tarec Saffiedine who is a fantastic stand up fighter and Jay Hieron who is a pretty good well rounded fighter. Can't get a camp more well rounded than that other than bringing in a striker like Mousasi or Rashad who have some good kickboxing similar to Rory's.

This isn't a passing of the torch. BJ will win. He has been training with better wrestlers then Rory (T-Wood and Askren) and amazing BJJ guys in case it happens to get to the ground .... and we all know about his hands. BJ looks to be in great shape and if you watched some of his recent videos he posted to Youtube then you know rory FOR SURE lit a fire under Penns ass with his comments about BJ being 'out of shape' and how he is gonna 'beat his ass'. RIP Rory.

- Bj's Jui Jitsu is already great. But Penn has a very hard time doing anything to bigger wrestlers. (GSP 1, and 2, Hughes 2) Rory is a big, strong grappler. So, again, youre misguided.

Macdonald isn't anywhere close to being as good a wrestler as Hughes, never mind GSP.

Penn will lay an ass whooping down like he was in the 2nd Hughes fight only this time he won't gas.

Rory's wrestling is so over-hyped it's not even funny.
