"Kingston native Willy Weber elicited the loudest crowd volume in the 170-pound amateur fight. Weber knocked down Milford’s Dan Della Vecchia with four consecutive punches in the first round.

Della Vecchia responded in the second round with a pair of shots to Weber’s right side. By the third round, the hometown crowd chanted his name en route to a unanimous victory of 29-28 scores."

Sounds pretty obvious from wake's post that the hometown weber won the decision.

Well it just confirms what Kpro had initially posted. Just a wee mistake upon entering the result no doubt. The 9 people tied for 9th all had Weber via Decision so it won't make much difference in the final standings from a personal point of view for me.

If Weber truly won @Wolf will have a solo win, being the only one in the top 4 to have picked him.

edit: sorry @type and @R1zla both picked it perfect, three way tie.

I didn't input the results, I was just trying to decipher the paragraph of who the crowd was chanting for really.  It didn't specifically say who they were chanting for on their way to 29-28 so I assumed Weber.  When the results were input as Della Vechia I didn't say anything because I noticed later that he had won (at least per the article), because it shows if you look at the very bottom of the article that Della Vechia beat Weber.  I believe it was input correctly the first time and may be off right now.  :/  Regardless, they need their journalists to make things more clear for us, heh

That is my bad saying Kpro input the results, just since he is a moderator now and it happened in middle of night while the usual suspects are sleeping figured it was him.

KPro didnt mean to throw you under bus fella...........  maybe a nudge when we play Legion next time but never throw ya.

Either way no need to freak out anyone. We don't finalize the scores until we get confirmation on the results.
