Other than Roy Nelson being way too low at 24, I think these rankings are pretty accurate.

25. Matt Mitrione (season 10)
24. Roy Nelson (season 10)
23. Cole Miller (season five)
22. Kendall Grove (season three)
21. Stephan Bonnar (season one)
20. Joe Lauzon (season five)
19. Ross Pearson (season nine)
18. Brendan Schaub (season 10)
17. Melvin Guillard (season two)
16. Joe Stevenson (season two)
15. Mike Swick (season one)
14. Matt Serra (season four)
13. Krzysztof Soszynski (season eight)
12. Matt Wiman (season five)
11. Chris Leben (season one)
10. Nate Diaz (season five)
9. Matt Hamill (season three)
8. Josh Koscheck (season one)
7. George Sotiropoulos (season six)
6. Diego Sanchez (season one)
5. Kenny Florian (season one)
4. Michael Bisping (season three)
3. Forrest Griffin (season one)
2. Gray Maynard (season five)
1. Rashad Evans (season two)

After a quick look, I think Josh Koscheck should be ranked higher than Sotiropoulos at this point.  What about Bonnar... should he be higher?

Pretty impressive list of fighters. Not so many from later seasons though. Adding them up:

Season 1: 7
Season 2: 3
Season 3: 3
Season 4: 1
Season 5: 5
Season 6: 1
Season 7: 0
Season 8: 1
Season 9: 1
Season 10: 3

19 of 25 from first 5 seasons...

Kendall Grove and Joe Lauzon should NOT be on that list. The list needs Bader, Kingsbury, Noke, McGee...

I think Ross Pearson will eventually find himself higher on that list, if it were re-created in a couple years.  Other than that, it's an accurate list, IMO.

How is Diego above KOS?  Bader not being on the list and Cole miller being included is atrocious.  Pretty much agree with everyone here except Noke and Mcgee haven't quite had enough fights to be on the list yet.  The Lytle snub is glaring.. good catch there.

Really! How did Bader not find himself on that list, he's looked so good so far and his only loss is to the seemingly unstoppable Jon Jones.

to be honest Stevenson does not belong there; however Bader should be!  It's funny because both Stevenson and Danzig should such promise but have not evolved since the show.  Although Stevenson had a small run for the title...got his ass kicked he hasn't impressed me.

I think Matt Matrione will become the greatest heavyweight to ever come from TUF.
Not counting Rashad for obvious reasons.

I'd say Schaub if definitely ahead of Matt due to the level of competition he's faced, but 25th? that's absurd.

you notice how 19 of the 25 are from the first 5 seasons? i think THAT proves this show is past its peak and moving swiftly downward....they need to rely on coaches beefing more than talented fighters, and thats not good for the ufc... it waters down the prestige of being tuf champ

Miller has 3 losses in the UFC, one to a fighter that got his walking papers.  What I was saying in my post was how can you include Miller, but not Bader?  Schaub and Mitrione should be right around where Schaub is now... in the 15-20 area.
