College football thread

55 days until the one of the countries best sports start. in the 2014 season we will have a 4 team playoff which is a step in the right direction. certain teams are moving to different conferences. last one is boise state has decided to leave the MWC and goto the big east conference. that will backfire on them. the travel alone will lose them a couple of games and those 12--1 seasons they enjoyed will disappear. they will never find another QB like Kellen Moore My team the Utah Utes will do very well this year. nothing less then a holiday bowl appearance vs the texas longhorns will do. it looks like US$ will start the season #1. we get them on october 4th and last years game came down to a blocked FG by the trojans. payback will be a ***** and i will be there live at Rice- Eccles stadium, 50,000 strong to watch the trojans fall from #1 and their championship hopes gone forever.

prob nothing good. i'll have to check i know we got some good recruits but in the RB position i bet we have a stud that A. gets hurt. B. ****s someone. C. gets caught doing drugs. D. will not do well in class and get suspended. E. all the above. i'll have to do more looking around right now i have not done much looking at the team yet waiting til it gets closer to the start of the season

Rivals says we have 4 4 star recruits signed to us right now. shouldn't be a bad season but we will do better then the cyclones!

what are they calling the former big 10 now that it has 12 teams. last i heard its still the big 10 b/c big 12 is another power conference.

yeah last i knew it was still big 10 with 12 teams. since there is a big 12 with 10 teams there is no reason to change. to much heritage with the big 10 and iowa and everyone being in there.

US$ will be the number 1 team in the country when they start the games in late august.

i expect with barkley with USC right now to be #1 as well right now.

vegas already put up the odds. 2/1 that us$ wins the bcs NCG.

i wouldn't be shocked i really dont see anyone coming close to them really the only team i see coming close to them are Wisconsin. just because of boom heron and that they are a big physical team.

Isn't USC still under a **** ton of sanctions right now due to the Reggie Bush money incident? or did that end?

i think it ended. but just in my eyes. i think their punishment is still going on though.

USC still sanctioned but just scholarship cuts at this point.

t-minus 55 days till CF

penn state has people in there parking lot trying to sway penn state players to goto there school. the main culprit is the university of illinois. silas redd is having a meeting with lane kiffin. plus that 60 million dollar fine is going to be more than a 100 million dollar fine b/c the 4 years they can't play in a bowl game the BT won't revenue share with bowl game proceeds (mullah) another side note is if penn state was not going to accept the penalty they were going to get the "death penalty"

 for 4 years. that would have been worse then what happened to SMU after eric ****erson graduated. next on the hitlist. the university of miami where that former corrupt hedge fund manager is still  talking and miami is still breaking the rules. expect a harsher punishment than USC got. i would say 12- 15 scholarships taken away for 3 years and 1 or 2 year bowl ban. cound not happen to a better school of thugs. : ~ } p.s. University of Utah is clean as a whistle. that is why we will do some serious damage come this season.

i got a bigger bone to pick with the so called "the u" when they won all those national championships it was proven that there were bounties on players form the university of florida and forida state. luther campbell of the 2 live crew was one of the people offering 5000 dollars to knock out certain players.i can't wait for the ncaa to give miami what they deserve and the president of university of miami should be fired for stupidity for letting that fast talking corrupt "lil man" hedge fund manger weasel his way onto the campus and footballl field. he is doing i think 25 years in prsion. i'm just waiting for october 4th when will derail any hope of usc of winning the NCG

Bounties are on every level of football...just cause the NFL made a big deal out of the Saints crap everyone now is on a this is bad for football kick...Bounties will always be a part of football regardless of what the fines and suspensions might be...They'll just be a little smarter about it!
