kinda nub question but how do i simply search for someone and follow them

Not a noob question... we don't have a member search feature yet, we need to build one. In the meantime ask you need to either see them on the site and click on them, or get them to tell you their username and type it in.
I know this sounds foolish, but we just didn't think of it when we designed the site a few months ago. Seems so obvious now :(

Oh, click on your own profile, then replace harpoon420 with the name of your friend.
