I know this isn't something you can bet on in Vegas, ( or maybe it is, I don't know ) but what do you guys think the odds are that he will make weight. 4 - 1? What would your line be? over / under 173? I am asking because I just saw a recent picture of him standing next to A.Arlovski, and he looked huge!!!

I heard he started his training camp for his fight with Dan Hardy at 230 pounds. I don't know what he normally walks around at, but that's the highest I've heard him being at. Might have something to do with his long layoff. Won't be surprised if he misses weight, but I hope he makes it.

Good call, he SHOULD be cut if he misses weight. I really like Rumble but, it's a slap in the face to all the other fighters that he gets away with missing weight all the time. Yes, he loses some pay, but having that extra weight has got to be an advantage when or if the fight goes to the ground. To quote rampage, "How you gon' move the moon off top of ya?"

and if he does make weight, you have to wonder how he does it through legitimate means, and whether it is healthy for him. i'm not suggesting he uses any prohibited substances for his weight cuts -- i've never heard any rumors to suggest that -- i'm just saying the cuts he does are abnormal and seem a little risky health-wise.

He's just to big to be fighting at welterweight PERIOD .This guy walks around at 230 for god sake.I put my life on my 2 boys he dont make wait. I'm that confident. He's going to gas realy fast after a year and a half out. Theres no question of Hardy's cardio as he as gone 5 rounds before and Johnson may get chocked out by Hardy as he workin on his ju jitsu lately..

Johnson always looks huge. I hope he makes weight though I don't want Hardy making excuse for getting KO'd. On that note however I think he has as much chance of making weight as Cyborg does of becoming a Victoria Secret model.

If Johnson fails to make weight, I'm not sure about being cut but he'll probably lose the fight for sure at the very least. Injury related layoff plus the heavy toll of weight cutting is already a disadvantage. If he fails to meet the first time no doubt he'll attempt to cut more in the couple hours he's got, that's no good for his gas tank.

I think he will make weight this time. He started heavy but he seems determined to prove people wrong. So I think he will make weight and win the fight. Hardy is very cool in my book and a great fighter, but Johnson has the size and speed to give "The Outlaw" trouble.
