Stunned...haven't felt comfortable all day and was plagued with anxiety all day. I lost a fight that I feel no way I should ever lose. Going to sit down and think about some things but that very well may have been the last time I step into the cage. Thanks to everyone for their support, I forever grateful for all of you

Josh Shockley vs Keith Schneider
Round 1: Schneider goes for the back early and ends up on his back. Shockley in half guard manages to get it to full. Shockley lands some GNP from the top. Schneider hits a slick transition to an armbar and Shockley is forced to tap.
