Still pissed off about this card, if I don't make those changes friday night I tie for first on this card.

Never changing a pick again, lol.  If you believe that I got some other surprises for you.

I almost never miss a stream but I couldn't bring myself to watch this. Was this event as bad as SFL 2?

Actually, it was awesome. I only watched the first 3 fights but there were a few sick finishes and tremendous commentary from The New York Badass himself.

I love the SFL streams.  They're bad in a good way.

However if they are to survive, I think they will need to develop real talent and set up truly competitive fights that begin to establish some divisional hierarchy.  To this point it's been freakshow fights and/or showcase fights to have an Indian guy beat up some 1-1 dude from China or Africa that doesn't really know MMA.

The spectacle angle will draw an audience for a little while but I don't think it will last. Unless I don't understand the Indian culture/fanbase, which is possible, since I've never been there don't know anything about it.

We let it be a spectacle for almost a decade when we were introduced to it.  Half their audience doesn't even know if the blood is real I don't think.

Well put Gregory. I think we can all tolerate the freak show aspect of it (i love it), but if they mix it up with real legit talent it can grow into something really good. I'm sure that talent is out there, that Zelg Galesic might be great. If they can get the new high calibre talent and continue to bring in old timers and freak shows im in 100%.
