I wanted to enlist for a little while there, my uncle was in the forces. Infantry.
When I asked him about it he told me only ********s join Infantry, and the only thing you'll learn to do is shoot people and dig holes. And that was the end of it.

I was talking 2 FreeMoney about working out & the changes I’ve been doing the last 3 months or so & last Friday, guess I pulled something in my left chest muscle (I guess). A month ago I pull some **** in my left arm doing pull-ups.. it healed & now I think I over worked out again & got some new pain, when I cough it hurts bad like if u bruised or broken a rib kinda pain.. ****!
After u start working out u get used to it, it really helps mentally! & of course physically but mentally is what it’s all about.. So I gave myself 4 days rest to maybe heal up but I dunno.. might try tomorrow. **** again!
@Hippie that sounds like a rotor cuff problem. Be really careful with that ****. I have intermittent rotor cuff issues from lifting weight etc when younger. Don't tear your rotor cuff. It's a horrible type of pain.
Honestly if you're trying to cut weight don't do any of that stuff man. Just good old fashioned cardio. Go jogging or punch on a bag. Go mountain biking. But don't do silly ass resistance training like pull ups and crunches etc.
Cut the weight first, then work on toning.

Also pro tip: Diet beats exercise every time. I pretty much don't work out at all and am in good shape (aesthetically anyway) because I don't eat much, pretty much never eat red meat, and just generally don't eat ****. Also have a big property to take care of, so that's kind of my workout.
Eat less food. Move more. That's the secret.

I’m a skinny dude, 6”2 - 169 atm.. never had a weight problem.. First month of only veggies I lost 11 pounds, so I guess I gained 5 back of muscle.. (I think)
But yes it’s some new pain I’ve not had before.. I changed diet, exercise & stopped weed & alcohol..
