My creepy crawlers would **** up your Raven guard. Genestealers bro. Lots and lots of genestealers. A couple licters hiding in plain sight. Maybe a carnafex or two. Yeah I'd **** u up. Been forever since I played.
Necrons are insane in the novels. They literally have the power to edit the universe and destroy star systems.
Currently painting a Leviathan Dreadnought, I'll post a pic when it's done. Only recently started getting back in to 40k. 8th edition is pretty good. Might try and find some people around the traps for a few games.
Edit: Nids are weak in 8th. I can literally wipe out 40 genestealers in turn 1 with two units as Raven guard. Deathwatch is worse for them though, there's probbaly no point even turning up as nids against deathwatch currently. Carnifexes are still good, pretty tanky....but against Watch they're getting hit on 2+.

Yeah Nids aren't strong right now, but that might just have to do with the fact you can now soup imperial armies (run multiple chapters within a list with no penalty) so you get some serious shenanigans. Last time I checked Imperial Guard was the Meta winning all the tournaments, something to do with Ogryns and ****loads of Plasma...armies getting tabled turn 1.
Swings and roundabouts though, Nids will get strong again. That's how they keep getting people to buy models.
I play what I like and don't give a ****. My armies are never super competitive.
I do know who Bruce is, yes. I have known for some time lol
