Chris Dupars Wiki

Christopher Dupars is an amateur MMA fighter out of AMA Fight Club in New Jersey. He was inspired to start training by Royce Gracie, while he was in college after he saw THE UFC 1-4 in which Gracie dominated. Through a mutual friend, he found his way to AMA Fight Club where he started training in Muay Thai & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. After a year of training under Renzo Gracie Black Belt Jamie Cruz, he competed in a few grappling tournaments. Shortly after that he decided to crossover into MMA where he was managed by gym owner Mike Constantino.

Dupars had his first MMA fight in 2008, at the House of Blues in Atlantic City, where he lost via Doctor Stoppage in Round 2. He bounced back 10 months later, where he won an Unanimous Decision.
