Pirtea should win that as long as he can defend the grappling attempts, he has losses, but he is one of those good quality Romanians, he is not an easy fight for most now, I remember him having some big underdog wins against more legit fighters than Ramos, who will always be a submission centric guy, Pirtea more well rounded and Dutch striking
