Contender Series 2021: Week 1

@plusmoney bro you sound drunk lol you're dumb. The show was created to find "contenders", not create some kind of farm system of bottom feeders for the prelims. That's what regional shows are for. Anyways my OP was about Brito, his fight was boring and he ended it with a foul. Give him another shot on CS but it makes the whole show look pointless if you get signed after that kind of fight.

ZoomerBet did you think Charles Oliviera was a contender after Paul Felder G&P him in 2016? Brandon Moreno after he got beat by Pantoja again in 2018? Point is you don't know who will be a champ or a contender 5 years down the line in the UFC or in the sport overall. Remember Bektic was a top prospect in the UFC? **** doesn't always go as scripted. Many of these fighters get into the UFC, make more connections, maybe even start using the UFC PI and get better THEN THEY BECOME CONTENDERS. 
Better yet... I can guarantee that an overwhelming majority of contender series winners will never be a contender or a champ.. Boston Salmon Brandon Davis Lauren Mueller Kurt Holobaugh aren't even in the UFC anymore .. those are just the laughable names. I guess they just named the show the wrong name for simpletons in the world. Contender Series should be changed to "Fighters of Interest Series" haha so you can comprehend this is a show for promising prospects that are just a level above TUF contestants. Avg age of contract recipients from Tuesday was like 26-27 years old. You'll be the first in a forum cheering for Brito, Candelario or Alta after they start winning fights
