Moments after the Main Event concluded to end the event, Trevor Prangley took off his gloves and set them on the mat in the middle of the cage. He announced that he was retiring from active competition and the fight that had just ended in a Split Draw a few minutes prior with Mike Hayes at this event was his final fight. Being the Light-Heavyweight champion with King of the Cage in the area, he will be vacating his belt due to his retirement. Prangley got a standing ovation from the fans in attendance after making the announcement, in part for the many entertaining fights he has been in throughout over 25 years he spent as a professional mixed martial artist. He left the cage to the fan's applause, leaving his gloves on the mat in the middle of the cage.
