Note: The original championship belt that Mamed won was before the KSW adopted the weight divisions close (and later identical) to the ones in the Unified Rules. The original belt he won was contested in an "under 90 kg" category. By the time of his first defense there has already been a MW (85 kg (later 84)) and a LHW (95 kg, later 93) divisions in KSW. Therefore the belt Mamed is defending here is de facto a LHW belt, although the fight is under 85 kg, since he was going to drop a weigh class lower. On the same card the first MW (also 85 kg) is being decided. Thankfully Mamed would vacate the "LHW/90kg/85kg" belt soon (by dropping to actual MW division) and KSW would have proper champions in both MW (84 kg / 185 lbs) and LHW (93 kg / 205 lbs) divisions.
Mamed's reign is considered the first LHW title reign.
