@AxaFin Have you heard of this oldskool Finnish league, check out the rules... Finland seems to be more into real fighting than Scandinavia wasnt boxing banned there? Also great greco roman over there if I was there I would join a club for sure... There was a great Finnish team in M1 Global team fighting they came in 2nd in 2008

WastelandWanderer I really don't know **** about 90s-early 2000s MMA Scene in Finland since I was a kid and my exposure to MMA in that time was videos of Fedor and Anderson Silva. There's a new generations of kids coming up tho. Eemil Kurhela, Lemar Khan, Omar Tugarev, Abdul Hussein pop up to mind. The only sport that is respected here is Hockey but I think that's about to change in the future.
Maybe I should become a journalist and start covering MMA for some finnish websites or something. Would be a dream job lmao

@AxaFin Yeah that would be cool.. If you can find some old footage of M1 Teams Challenge the Finns had some epic fights in that... I used to watch the replays on Fight Network channel... Im surprised not many Finnish greco guys have got into MMA isnt that like the national martial art there
