Murakami probably seems like a weird pick as she has only one win. But shes a black belt in BJJ and trains at a great gym. So definitely a possible dark horse winner.

It's just a question of fight experience with her. I'm sure that if she can get her opponants on the mat then she could be dangerous but as the old saying goes "the fight always starts standing up" and I'm sure her opponants will try and keep it that way if they know what's good for them. She will always be looking for the takedown but to do that, she'll have to defend against strikes first so it's just a question of whether her striking defence is as good as her ground game but like you said, it's unfortunate that she's got a tough fight against Mori straight away.
