The seventh bout of UFC on FX 2 featured Aaron Rosa taking on James Te Huna in the light heavyweight division.

Te Huna powered forward throwing strikes and pressing Rosa against the cage to open the fight. Te Huna blasted away opening up a big cut on Rosa's face and sending Rosa stumbling backwards. Te Huna composed himself and then waded in with another flurry, dropping Rosa to the canvas with brutal power. Te Huna followed up with more strikes on the ground until referee Leon Roberts finally moved in to stop the fight, with Rosa turned to his side and not defending effectively.

The official end came at 2:08 of the opening round for the dominant performance by James Te Huna.
