I like Cote a lot, but he is 4-7 in the UFC and has 0 UFC wins against guys still employed there! Only person with that bad of a record in the UFC and sticks around is Wanderlei!

Stann v. Lombard for the win.

I love Stann vs Lombard, and winner of that fight gets Vitor after he destroys Wand for #1 contender!

This is gonna be fun tracking where the lineal Bellator middleweight belt ends up in a few years. I mean look at Bustamante's middleweight belt when he left for Pride FC.
Bustamante>Rampage>W. Silva>Mark Hunt> Barnett>Filipovic>Gonazaga>Couture>Lesnar>Velaquez>JDS

or if you want to keep it purely middleweight. If anyone can expand on whether Nakamura fight was at 185 or 205 please expand.
Bustamante>Nakamura>Henderson>Misaki>Filho>Sonnen>Maia>Marquardt>Sonnen>Anderson Silva

If Nakamura bout was at 205 you just skip to Henderson because the Henderson bout was at the 2005 Welterweight GP.

TL:DR Lineal belts are awesome.

Honestly the highest ranked fighter I see Lombard possibly beating is Weidman, although I'd still put my money on Weidman.

I would too. I think Weidman would kill Lombard. Looking at my top 10...

I could see Lombard beating Boestch and Rockhold.

That's about it.

@anik you're ranking of Munoz is mindboggingly off. You do realize that he was completely dominated by Yushin Okami not that long ago right?

Not to mention he barely scraped by Maia.

Its one thing to have Stann off the list ... But to have Okami (2 losses in a row) AND Weidman ahead of him is just FUCKED UP! Munoz is in no way #3.

The logical fight to make, and the BEST fight to make is:

Brian Stann vs Hector Lombard.

Wow and you don't even have Stann on there either, combine that with my post above. And those have got to be some of the worst divisional rankings on the site. Outside of Wolfman of course.

Actually I just looked at the consensus rankings and Munoz is the consensus #3 Middleweight...

That doesn't make it any closer to accurate. And it wasn't so much Munoz at 3 as it was Okami at 9. If you have Munoz ranked over Okami, you obviously didn't watch their fight. It wasn't even close.

I dont find it so bad Munoz is 3rd I guess its mostly the fact theres no Stann AT ALL.

Also I think its VERY fair for Munoz to be higher than Okami.
