You can always buy them on UFC.tv for 2$, it's not that bad for 4-5 UFC fights.

Patrick Côté told me that TVA Sports (the official UFC channel in French here in Québec) will have a free stream on their website for all the prelims, starting at UFC 143! Very happy about that since I can't have Fuel or FX.
I guess the stream will only works in Québec, or maybe Canada.
