Luke Rockhold has been very vocal about his UFC on FX 8 opponent's use of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). UFC president Dana White has been even more critical of TRT, calling it "a way for people to cheat." Now Rockhold's opponent, Vitor Belfort responds.
