Drew Chatman Wiki
Drew Chatman is an MMA heavyweight fighting out of Fresno, California. After going 6-0 in his amateur career. Chatman would make his pro debut at LFA 36 on March 23 of 2018. His opponent Irvins Ayala was also 0-0 in his pro MMA career. At 2:39 of round 1, Chatman would slip and fall to his back while Ayala would fall face first onto Chatman's shins knocking Ayala out cold. Because of the excitement from the Knockout, Chatman would do a front flip right off of his unconscious opponent only to get disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct, ruining his pro debut (https://youtu.be/p-pdTGASNEo). At 23 years of age, Chatman would get suspended 90 days by the CSAC (California State Athletic Commission) and had his $500 purse withheld. When asked about this, Chatman claims that he did not deserve to get paid for his actions. He also claims that he was on an adrenaline rush do to nerves and emotions for his first fight. Chatman is currently sitting at a 0-1 MMA record and while he has made no official retirement, Chatman there has been no news on Chatman's next fight.
