A rejuvenated Tito Ortiz returned to the Octagon after a very short layoff to face "Sugar" Rashad Evans in the Main Event of UFC 133.
Ortiz lands an early takedown after two minutes of standup. Ortiz's striking looks good early. They stand and trade wildly and Evans is getting the better. He staggers Ortiz but Ortiz remains in the fight. A big takedown from Evans puts Ortiz on his back. Evans is raining down shots. Ortiz in survival mode as Evans passes to side control. Evans ends round one in complete command.
Ortiz wilts early in the second after a deep arm-in Guillotine attempt fails. Evans returns to side control. Evans secures a Crucifix briefly. Ortiz once again just looking to survive as Evans moves on top of him at will. A big knee to the body crumples Ortiz and Evans polishes him off with punches to take the rubber match via TKO in the second.
