I don't like this fight for Tuivasa. 3 months after he took a brutalizing against Gane, it may turn an otherwise winnable fight into a very risky one for him.

With everything I want to go with Tuivasa, but damn.

I think Sergei will go over him faster then Gane went over him or Tuivasa went over Lewis.

Why would the ufc even offer Tai a fight? They should have done Blaydes vs pavlovich. Blaydes took 0 damage in July

it seems the UFC is still stuck with the Stipe v Jones negotiations as well as having to negotiate Ngannou's new contract soon. So I'm guessing they're still scrambling to get all that figured out, and guys like Gane and Blaydes will be crucial in all of those negotiations. I think they'll be used as names to sit on the back burner during all the negotiations and then if someone refuses a certain fight, they can say "ok we're making Gane vs X for the interim" or something like that. The UFC has played these kinds of stupid games many many times before, and they'll continue to do it because it always seems to work in their favor.

He won't. Barbarena always entertaining to watch, no disrespect but it's the easiest fight for RDA in a long while.

Thompson vs. Holland
Stephen Thompson, DEC
This card is ******* great. The main event is a fan friendly striking firework, and 3 other fights could've easily headlined (Tuivasa vs Pavlovich, Hermansson vs Brunson or RDA vs Barbarena). Plus solid casting on the undercard with legends and fan favourites like Guida, Elkins, Johnson, Price, A. Hill... Can't wait !

dos Anjos vs. Barberena
Rafael dos Anjos, DEC
Such a fun matchup.

On paper this card is so good. I'm looking forward to see Jauregui and Ducote fight again. Both women seem to have a bright future in the UFC. I'm pretty confident that Jauregui gets this win, but in my opinion Hill is a real test for Ducote. I'm also curious how Marshall will look like in his debut fight against Rojo. Should be fun one

Павлович выглядит как боец, который имеет возможность дойти до титульного боя. Действительно крепкая база в борьбе и нокаутирующая мощь - дикая смесь!

Niko has been on a bit of a weird stretch of fights. He’s probably gonna use some wrestling as it is Rowes biggest flaw. He definitely will get caught if he plays the standup game too long

Predictions: 7 of 14 Winners, 2 Perfect, 415 Points   |   Tied for 3117th

Thompson vs. Holland
Kevin Holland, DEC
This could get ugly for Wonderboy, he's lost a huge step. Holland can make this ugly.

Tuivasa vs. Pavlovich
Sergei Pavlovich, TKO, R2
Pavlovich's return has gone incredibly smoothly. This is no safe fight but I think his superior skill should have him trump Tuivasa, giving the UFC a top contender they can book for cheap. Their dream result!

Nicolau vs. Schnell
Matheus Nicolau, DEC
Nicolau will 29-28 his way to a title shot.

Anders vs. Daukaus
Kyle Daukaus, DEC
Incredibly hard to call fight between two bottom feeders. Neither are skilled enough for it to be convincing. That being said, I do lean Daukaus.

Brunson vs. Hermansson
Jack Hermansson, DEC
Father Time has caught up to Brunson, seeing as how badly he gassed against Cannonier. He won't be able to consistently outwrestle Hermansson for three rounds. Jack is also a better striker. Expect Brunson's plummeting out of the rankings to start here.

dos Anjos vs. Barberena
Rafael dos Anjos, DEC
Barbarena has won three straight after I thought he was shot previously. RDA is older but he's so much better. Barring some freak KO, RDA should handle Barbarena with ease.

Marshall vs. Rojo
Francis Marshall, DEC
Excellent booking for Marshall. His pace should wear down Rojo, as Rojo is not the archetype of fighter that will trouble Marshall. Those matchups will come but Marshall will start to carve out his niche as midcard action star.

Guida vs. Holtzman
Scott Holtzman, DEC
I have no idea how Holtzman is going to look after a year off, but he should be able to beat 40-year old Guida. Even though Guida has an undying resilience, a lot of what makes him special is long gone.

Hill vs. Ducote
Emily Ducote, DEC
Ducote, like Jauregui, is the right kind of fighter to fill out w115 with very solid depth. Angela is older now and I expect Ducote to be ahead a step.

Elkins vs. Pearce
Jonathan Pearce, DEC
The timeline where Pearce gets finished by ancient Lauzon and then winning five straight is ******* wild.

Jauregui vs. Nunes
Yazmin Jauregui, DEC
Jauregui is a fighter I'm super glad to have at w115. Nunes is far below her, this fight will most likely be a wash.

Price vs. Rowe
Niko Price, TKO, R1
Rowe is tall, awkward, and incredibly hittable. Price is a mess but he hits incredibly hard. I wouldn't be shocked to see Rowe get absolutely sparked.

Don't put money on this one

Brunson vs. Hermansson
Jack Hermansson, DEC
Jack's striking last time out looked great, think Brunson is on the decline here

Johnson vs. Diakiese
Marc Diakiese, DEC
A bit of a ways off, but if Marc shows up with knee sleeves, it's a wrap for the menace

Tuivasa vs. Pavlovich
Sergei Pavlovich, TKO
So hard for me to pick aggainst Tai, but I have to roll with the monster of the East who can bring a constant pace and power
